Costa Rica Leadership Retreat July 1 - July 5, 2024
$4,000

Are you an entrepreneur or leader seeking to refuel your energy? Join us on a jungle adventure in Costa Rica’s unspoiled Osa Peninsula at the luxury Botanika resort! We’ll learn about the leadership legacy, how to build a resilient organizational culture, and how to effectively communicate within your team. But perhaps the most important lessons will be taught by nature as we immerse ourselves in the harmony of the rainforest environment, have fun and play.

This is a family-friendly retreat! Bring your spouse/children for an additional $2,000 each. Special educational rainforest activities are planned for the children who attend.

Investment includes hotel, workshops, activities, excursions, and most meals. Flights to the Osa Peninsula are NOT included.

Day 1: Arrive at Botanika Resort on the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica.

Day 2: We’ll take a boat cruise on the Gulfo Dulce in search of dolphins, whales, and turtles. We’ll close the evening with a nighttime animal tour around the Botanika resort.

Day 3: We’ll hike through the jungle of the pristine Corcovado National Park in search of tapirs, monkeys, exotic birds, sloths, iguanas, tree frogs, and if we are lucky, wild cats!

Day 4: We’ll tour an organic chocolate farm and learn how to make chocolate, enjoy a delicious traditional meal, and learn about the Costa Rican culture. We’ll close the evening with a nighttime kayak tour in the Pacific Ocean to experience the beauty of the bioluminescent bay.

Day 5: Depart the resort after breakfast.
